1. General Information

Coinseal ("we," "our," or "us") provides cryptographic security tools and services designed to enhance the protection and recovery of users' digital assets. By accessing or using the Coinseal platform, application, website, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

This document is intended to clarify the limits of Coinseal's responsibilities, the handling of user data, and the nature of security operations within our system.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the creation, management, and security of their personal authentication credentials, including but not limited to:

• PIN numbers, passwords, recovery codes, and verification credentials.
• The full or partial components of their cryptocurrency seed phrases.
• Any associated private keys, security codes, or backup copies.

Coinseal cannot recover or reset a lost PIN, passcode, or seed phrase.
If a user loses access to their credentials or enters them incorrectly, Coinseal has no ability to retrieve or regenerate the original seed phrase or wallet data.

3. Limited Data Handling

Coinseal does not store, access, or possess any user's complete seed phrase or private key at any time. Our system uses advanced cryptographic scrambling and decentralized segmentation processes that ensure:

• No single Coinseal server, employee, or system instance ever has visibility into a user's full seed phrase.
• All sensitive user data is stored in encrypted form and cannot be reassembled without the user's private PIN or authentication method.

4. Offline & Secured Data Infrastructure

All sensitive user data collected or processed through Coinseal is stored in offline databases located in undisclosed and secured data centers. These data centers are:

• Physically and digitally protected with multi-layered security controls.
• Subject to limited internal access under strict operational procedures.
• Monitored for intrusion prevention and data integrity at all times.

Coinseal employs data segmentation, encryption-at-rest, and encryption-in-transit protocols to ensure that even in the unlikely event of a breach, no readable or usable information is exposed.

5. No Custodial Control

Coinseal operates as a non-custodial security platform. This means:

• We do not hold, manage, or control users' cryptocurrency funds or wallets.
• Users maintain full control of their assets at all times.
• Coinseal merely facilitates additional layers of protection and recovery for the user's self-managed digital assets.

Any actions or transactions performed within or through third-party wallets, exchanges, or blockchain networks remain entirely the responsibility of the user and those third-party entities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coinseal, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Lost or compromised PINs, passwords, passphrases, or seed phrases.
• Unauthorized account access or account loss.
• Loss of funds, data, or access due to user error or negligence.
• Technical failures, system interruptions, or data center outages.
• Third-party service failures or security breaches outside Coinseal's infrastructure.

Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency storage inherently involves risk, and that Coinseal provides tools for security enhancement—not guaranteed recovery.

7. No Guarantee of Restoration or Recovery

Coinseal cannot and does not guarantee the ability to restore lost credentials, reassemble scrambled data, or recover lost seed phrases. If a user's passcode or PIN is lost or entered incorrectly, the cryptographic algorithm may result in a completely different scrambled outcome, making the original data irretrievable.

8. User Verification

For account recovery or verification processes, Coinseal may require users to undergo audio and video identity verification to ensure account authenticity and prevent fraud. These recordings are encrypted and stored securely offline, accessible only for verification and compliance purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

Coinseal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the Coinseal website or application. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for changes.
